Shri. Subhash Gulati is the founder of the Group which owns distinguished businesses that incorporate the Ramada Solihull Hotel in Birmingham, Best Western Calcot Hotel in Reading, Berkshire in the United Kingdom, and SGS Mall in Pune & an upcoming township SGS city in Indirapuram Ghaziabad.

With a qualification in Industrial Management, Shri. Subhash Gulati started his business career in January 1970. His initial venture was into the production, processing, and trading of certified agriculture seeds. He has traveled considerably all over the world in connection with these activities.

In the early eighties, when the real estate business was thriving, he ventured into real estate and infrastructure, more specifically, into plotting, constructing apartments and leasing industrial spaces to MNCs. Thereafter, he focused on leasing out various properties to banks. He specialized in sales, purchase, developing, and leasing out of properties. Many properties were purchased and developed during this period and some of them were traded for booking profits. Most properties were leased out to multinationals including SGS Mall.
